REFUND POLICY
SECTION I- INTRODUCTION
All of MediRed’s Study Guides have been written by professionals who have sat the GAMSAT and are
printed professionally by SNAP printing. Study Guides are posted by Express Post within Australian
and by Express Courier International outside of Australia. All products become the sole property of
the purchaser upon delivery by these agents.
SECTION 2- WHEN WILL WE CONSIDER A REFUND?

DIGITAL BOOKS: 

Take care when placing your order for digital goods, as we do not offer returns for change of mind. Digital goods are considered a firm sale.

PHYSICAL BOOKS:

Refunds will only be considered within 30 days of purchase. All requests for order changes or
cancellations should be made via email to info@medired.com.au and will be met only if the items
have not been shipped. Once an item has been posted, we will not refund postage costs under any
circumstances. . If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return
shipping charges.
Any discrepancy including incorrect or missing items should be reported to MediRed within 24
hours of delivery. For shipping damage, customers should file a claim with the carrier immediately
and notify us. If you change your mind, items must be returned to us in original condition and in
their original, unopened packaging, ONLY after a request for refund had been granted- a refund for
change of mind will only be granted at our discretion.
If a product is out-of-stock then you will be notified of this. In-stock items will be sent as per quoted

delivery times and you will be offered the choice of a full refund or separate shipping of the out-of-
stock item with an estimate of timeframe to availability.

All returns require prior authorisation and must be returned in the original packaging and in unused
condition. Unauthorised returns may not be refunded.
SECTION 3- HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND?
All requests for refund should be made via email to info@medired.com.au and must include your full
name, postal address, items ordered, date of order and full details of the reason for requesting a
refund. Requesting a refund does NOT imply that a refund will be granted. Refunds will only be
issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
SECTION 4- SHIPPING AND REFUNDS

Once an item has been posted, we will not refund postage costs under any circumstances. You (the
buyer) are also responsible for any return shipping/ postage charges. If you are shipping an item
over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
