DELIVERY POLICY
SECTION 1- INTRODUCTION
All MediRed Study Guides are posted by Express Post within Australian and by Express Courier
International outside of Australia. International customers will be provided with tracking details for
their parcel. All in-stock items will ship within 3 business days. Delivery times are then dependent on
Australia post/ other courier.
SECTION 2- DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges are as stated in our payment system. We reserve the right to change postage prices
at any time. These postage prices may or may not reflect changes to postage charges by Australia
Post.
SECTION 3- DELIVERY TIMES
All in-stock items will ship within 3 business days. Delivery times are then dependent on Australia
Post/ other courier. MediRed Australia provides a guide to the expected delivery timeframes on this
website, based on information from Australia Post. MediRed Australia does not accept any
responsibility for longer delivery times by Australia Post/ other courier than those provided on our
website.
SECTION 4- DELIVERY TRACKING
All items posted via Express Courier to addresses within Australia are trackable via the Australia Post
website (http://auspost.com.au/). MediRed will not routinely provide this information to domestic
customers but can do so on specific customer request to info@medired.com.au if an item has not
arrived within the timeframe quoted on our website. All items posted by Express Courier
International to addresses outside Australia are trackable via the Australia Post
website(http://auspost.com.au/) . On most occasions, this information will be provided to customers
within 3 days of the item being registered with Australia Post. If this information is not automatically
provided, customers may request this information via email to info@medired.com.au
SECTION 5- OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
Customers will be notified if an item is out-of-stock and the estimated time to availability. They will
then be offered the option of a refund or separate delivery via methods listed above when the item
becomes available.

SECTION 6- PROBLEMS
Failure of delivery due to customer error will be resent only if and when the item is returned by the
postal carrier and will be resent with further postage at the customers expense. If delivery fails due
to MediRed or carrier error, the customer may choose from a refund or replacement. MediRed may
request an alternative address for replacement items. Once the item is marked as “delivered” by the
postal carrier to the address provided by the customer, then MediRed deems that the item has been
delivered.
